Bought these and just got them.

I took off the passenger side manifold and tried to slide the new header in to check for fit and its hitting the motor mount ! The problem is the two center collectors run straight down. As you can see in the picture. I also had to drain the oil and remove the filter to make room to get it in to check the fit , I dont even know if there is room to get the filter back on even if i do get the header on.
Now the confusing thing is I looked up the directions for install on borla site (because these headers did not come with hardware or install) and the drawing of the headers for the instructions look like shorty headers not long tube. I called tech support but no answer.
Anyone else have these headers on a R/T ? (i have a 2000 R/T)
