I am looking for a mid-size truck and the Dakota caught my eye. I need some info about them. Was woundering if its a good truck as in what parts break often if any do. Also, Ive been reading about the Dakota R/T. Its towing capacity is 2k lbs. Is that because its lowered? If I lowered a Dakota Sport/SLT would its towing capacity be cut aswell? Is there anyway to up the towing capacity of the R/T? Raising it up to Dakota's reg hiehgt? Also, the R/T is only 2wd, would a suped up Dakota Sport/SLT 4wd be faster than a 2wd R/T? How much mileage do R/T /Sport/SLT get? Last question, how much does the R/T usually retail for?
I know its a lot of questions but my local dealer arent the "most educated" and I rather get opinions from the actual owners, not the sellers. Thanks for your time =D
