when i am turning in my 2000 3.9 it sometimes makes a klunking noise and i can feel it in the steering wheel. i can also feel it when i go over speed bumps as well.

thats the problem and how can i fix it?

only has 38,000kms on it so i wouldnt think that something is worn or broken already.

oh oh, sounds like the dreaded ball joints stick - see dealer recalls on list onder open forums.

i went to the dodge website and put in my VIN number and it said there were no recalls for my truck at the time.

if it is the ball joints, would they still replace them? im not the origonal owner.

thing is, i dont have the clunk when turning, but do when going
over speed bumps, it sounds JUST like the ball join problem when it
does clunk.

However i have replaced all mine on my 99 dak with moogs within
the last 3 months, and they are a-ok. So maybe its another
problem as well?

I dont even know why mine clunks anyways
