Subject: new brake problems

ok i recently put new wagner brake pads and rotors and i used to be able to powerbreak my truck very easily and now they dont even come close to breaking loose anyone got any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

oh and i just went to the car was to wash the truck off and when i left i tried to power break them on the wet concrete and they still wouldnt but once i let off the break and got on it they spun very easy

simple.

I'm guessing, but sounds like you have rear pads
and rotors to?

no i have rear drum brakes so i cant figure out why changing the front brakes would affect the rear like this

here goes...When you went to the Wagner pads they are harder or softer than the original. So, now the rear breaks get more or less pressure when you step on the pedal due to the friction change up front. You have changed the balance of breaking power from front to rear. The proportioning valve that splits pressure only sees pressure not performance.
I'm not familiar with the term "Power Breaking", what is it that you do? Like dragstrip "Line-Lock" where the front wheels are locked and rears free to spin?
