Message: Trying to find out what would cause a delayed upshift between 1st and second gear in a 97 dakota 2wheeld 3.9. I did the trans. flush fluid and filter also adjusted the bands to oem specs and adjusted the tv cable. This is not the usuall 2to3 and od problem. so what the hell could cause this it's been ongoing for along time now. ANY TECHNICIANS out their? I'm good with alot stuff but not autos. thank you for the help
