should i trade my 93 v8 4x4 cc for a 95 ram 2500 v8 4x4? my dakota doesnt really have anything wrong with it except a possible bearing problem.
the ram has 150,000 miles on it. it also seems to be laggin in power a little bit. also, the t-case has been changed out to a different one that seems to have a lower low range. the e-brake doesnt work either. it has be obviously off-roaded a few times too.

Bearing problem? Engine bearing or wheel bearing?
One is much more expensive to repair than the other.

for a 3/4 without a cummins?
forget it, gas mileage you are lookin at with a 2500 5.9 would be like 11-12 on the highway, 1/2 ton 5.9 12-13, 14-15 ifd you are nice to it with an exhaust and K&N

I agree with superbee, 2500 + should be diesel. I'm still wondering why the power wagon only comes with hemi and no cummings.

keep the Dakota jayb.

i heard the diesel in the power wagon is to much weight for the spring rates. i agree if the diesel works than they should use it over the hemi.

i might have a wheel bearing problem. some grinding sound keeps comming from the front left wheel. its not consistant either, its like it does it on and off consistantly.
