 Subject: R/T rims from the dealer

I was here about a year or so ago, and I read a topic that said you can get stock r/t rims for a fraction of the cost if you use a special part number because it's consider accessory. I saved the page, and have since had to reformat. I want to call my local dealer to see how much they will cost so I can maybe get them for xmas. Does anybody have that part number?

Dealerships are not carrying the painted ones anymore. Only the chrome ones.

It's a shame that if you have a 1998-2001 Dakota R/T that needs a new 17x9 wheel, you can't count on your local Dodge dealer for a replacement. It used to be a general rule that OEM parts were available for at least 10 years from the original manufature date from the dealer; those days are over, unfortunately.
