2003 Quadcab 4.7: Fan INOP on Speeds 1,2,3 & A/C 'ON' indicator lamp on HVAC control panel not illuminated regardless of outlet / defroster selection. Fan OK on High / Maximum Speed & A/C operates normally again regardless of Outlet / defroster selection.

Your problem is the blower motor resistor. No more than 11 bucks from the dealer. There are so many posts on this site concerning that problem. Type the words "blower motor resistor" in google and it will bring you back here to that specific post. Very easy to replace yourself. The dealer will charge you an arm and a leg to do it even tho the part is inexpensive.
