 Subject: Broken Winshield Washers

I am looking for advice. I have a 2000 4.7L club cab. My winshield washers have stopped working. However, the wipers still work, and they kick on if I push the washer button, so I know the button is fine.
Does anyone know if there is a fuse for the washer pump, separate from the wiper fuse, or has anyone experienced a similar problem.
I suppose the nozzles could be gummed up, but I would expect some leakage from the nozzle if that was the case.
I noticed a recall relating to the washer pump on a 2002, could the same problem be present in the 2000's?
Any help would be appreciated
