check all of your battery connections, ground, etc. if the starter is clicking but not doing anything, try tapping on the starter with a wrench or something. that is just a temporary fix but if that does work, that means that your starter solenoid is bad.

GET IN, SIT DOWN, SHUTUP, AND HOLD ON

have you checked relays? I recently had a similar issue on my 95. Pulling and checking the relays and putting them back in fixed it for me. Best guess is that they were a little loose in the PDC.
