I don't hunt and I've had deer chili! You're never going to hear the end of this! :)

some people mix beef and deer, it's good stuff. Do give it a try.

Chili is good on a nice cold night.

I think deer jerkey is probably some of the best stuff ever. I could eat that all day, every day. Can't wait till I mine from the processor!

Gunner... From Augusta, GA.

I'm right across the bridge in North Augusta.

We just had Battle of the TRUCKDOTCOMS out at the Carolina Dragway. Were you there?
There were a lot of Dodges out there.

We're having a dyno day at Augusta Customs on December 10th on Gordon Hwy. You should come out.

You can check out the local forums too for shows in the area.

Wow--that's crazy. Augusta Customs is where I do all my Dyno runs. I only live like 15 min from there. I will definately be there on Dec. 10. I was not at Jackson that day (though I've been there plenty before). Wish I would have known about it. What kind of Dak do you drive? I may have seen it before. I drive a 2000 white reg. cab Dakota 4x4 V6. We should do some wheelin' down by Bush Field sometime.

2000 Regular Cab 4.7 5-spd

and then my 1995 Club Cab Dakota is my Daily ride.

I'm not big into the off-roading since the day I about gave my life to the roll bar of a CJ in the heat of flipping 3 times off of Radio Station Rd.

I drag the 2000 up at Jackson a good bit, but it's in Florida now at KRC getting a rebuild.

My buddy Allen has an 01 QuadCab and he's definitely into the off-roading.

MMMM, Deer jerky.. we've already had some made this year and already went through it... Ha, im not much of a hunter.. The only deer I killed happened to run into the rear of my truck and break its neck.. It was JUST the right size for some awesome deer meat... See, Dakotas are just good like that lol..

Are you guys talking about 'jackson' as in Jackson county or did i miss the whole point? lol, thanks!

The Jackson we are referring to is Jackson, South Carolina. That is where Carolina Dragway is located at--not sure what county that is.
