No. The 3.9 is a 6 cyl, the 5.2 is an 8.

Yes, the 3.9 is said to be the same as a 318 but with 2 cylinders cut off... There are more differances, but I dont guess that applies... as for your crane cam fitting, I really dont know.. try dodgetalk.com or some otehr place.. they may be able to help more.

No cam shown at the link you posted, however, the lifters, rockers, springs, locks, retainers will interchange since the Magnum 3.9 is based on the Magnum 5.2. Also, as mentioned, certain things will not interchange (cam, distributor, heads, intake, exhaust manifolds...) due to a difference in the number of cylinders.
