 Subject: A/C problems

My air conditioning/heater has just recently started acting weird. Nothing comes on until I put the AC on full blast. It gets cold and gets warm like it should, but only works when it's set on the highest blower setting. The truck is an 02 Quad cab. Any ideas?

Where does that go? I have a Haynes book, but they're pretty much useless when it comes to AC probs.
