Man I would love to have a 44RE. I guessing you pulled it out of a Jeep?? I've got a 94' Dakota and need to Fire my Tranny (46 RH). For being lazy and not wanting to shift.
I really could use a lower first gear.

The 44RE went behind 318 Dakotas from '97 to '99 also. You'd be better off with another 46RH, it's still a stronger tranny.
