OK, I want to put two ten inch subs behind the seat of my regularcab 4x4 without moving the seat up at all! thoughts?

You will probably have to make custom enclosures for the rear corners of the cab. I had to do this with an 81 Chevy regular cab I used to have. Or find some reeeeally thin speakers.

mount the speakers in the bed of your truck. Put on a tonneau cover........so they dont get wet. and you pipe in with flexible rubber tube about 4 or 5 inch in diameter throught the bed wall and the cab wall.........A stereo shop did this for my old s-10 and the sound was great.....

i think that would be cool BUT: i dont really want to spend $ on a cover, and i use my truck for work (hauling stuff) a lot among other things. (i'm one of those rareties who is actually justified in owning one..)
