if i had a vacuum hose leak on my tranny would this cause my truck to shift very incorrectly and make a sucking noise of air. really need to fix problem any suggestions would be a big appreciation. It makes this noise only when im driving or when i rev it in park. I lose all power now to.

Sounds like you have a large vacuume leak somewhere. Start looking at all vacuume hoses where they connect to something, look for cracks both raidialy (around the hose) and lenght wise.
And yes a vacuume leak will cause the tranny to shift eratically if you have an older type tranny (non computer controlled)
