Nevermind, the stupid links didn't work out right. Anyways, the first pics of my truck were from the summer and the last two are from last week. I've had the 31s on my truck for about a month and a half.

Paul- that's not a stock shifter is it? Maybe it's just the angle of the shot that looks decieving... but if it's not stock, whose is it?
I will post pics of my truck sometime when I get around to taking pics of it. It's nothing special though, just very clean (100% stock)
Beautiful trucks though, everyone. I like the Gen I, and the very muddy genII. For some reason I think mud looks good on a pickup. 8-)

It's a Hurst Short Throw. Some will correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's made for Gen IIIs up until 00'. It will however work on newer models but it hits the dash a tiny bit. Sweet shifter though. You also have to do something about your shift boot. I made a whole new one.

Thanks! I am planning on covering the rocker panels and front/rear bumpers with the spray-on bedliner stuff. I saw some pics of a guy with an '00(his truck was a quad cab and brown/gray two-tone) who had done it to his truck. Later on, I plan on getting a body lift and susp. lift and sinking a boat load into the motor too, when it goes.

Cuzindoug: did they discontinue the two tone green paint? I seem to recall when I was looking at '03 and '04 Dakotas, that the only 2 tone available was with red. I might be mistaken though. It's been a while since I dug out the sales literature. :-)
Oh, and is that a sport plus? Because I suspect I have the same trim line (although I have no magnum decals being an '04). Chrome grille with no decals. I like the clean look it gives. Not that ANY Dakota is ever ugly in my opinion, except maybe the latest (gen IV) ones.

I haven't seen any of the 05s with two-tone paint. I removed the SLT badges and "dakota" on the doors and tailgate over a year ago. I was gonna take off the V6 magnum badges, but small holes would be left in the fender.

nice lookin truck Adam. did you get it with the white grille inserts or is that something you did? i have an '00 QC Sport / white that's totally debadged and i am thinking the white grill inserts might look good on mine also.

My grill had a crack and at first I thought it was just bad paint so I decided to repaint it. I just thought the all white look my look kinda nice. I took the picture right after I got the clear corners.

I found that logo at the Canfield (OH) fair last year. There was a vinyl guy set up on the grounds. He had a BUNCH of them cut up in all different colors. Wish I still had his website cause I want a couple more of those since my obsessive compulsive washing has been peeling one of the flames slowly :/ Nice stickers though, nicely cut vinyl.
