Try the liquid Turtle Wax Platinum.
I never much appreciated the ease of removal it has until last weekend. My GF got a car finally and it needed some wax. Paint was good just needed a good wax so I used the Mothers 3step system but replaced their wax with the Turtle Platinum that I use on my truck regularly. Goes on like warm butter and off just as well with little to no dust. The Mothers cleaner and glaze were worth the work IMO but both (especially the cleaner) left dust bigtime and neither were very easy to remove.
Results were phenomenal, looked brand new on a mildly neglected 10yr old car.
