 Subject: Leaking Steering Fluid Reservoir

I have a 2001 Dakota QC, 4.7, 5 Spd.

Last weekend I was doing some HARD off road
driving (closed road, flat out, 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear, twisty and rough).

My power steering fluid reservoir leaked all over the place . . . (from the cap, which was secured)

Is this normal during hard use ?
Could this be a sign of a bad seal on the PS fluid reservoir cap ?
