Find a site that sells receivers online (uhaul should be good enough) and run through their little online configuration tool and compare the part #s. If they are different, your answer is no.
I have a 95 CC 4x4 3.9L. I got mine from TSC. Everything for less $150 (purchased it in NC - receiver, drawbar, ball, wiring harness). They even installed it for $25.

I removed the Class III hitch (Reese) from my '93 CC 2WD and installed it on my '04 QC 4WD with no problems so I would think it will bolt right on. Most places that sell hitches show the same part number through '04.
