After the 2 cats coming of the manifolds they collect into a thrid? is this a cat or resonator of some kind... i ask because there is no O2 sensors before or after and i need this cut out to give me some room to do some exahust work... also would this effect emmissions testing if it was a third cat?

Yes, removing the 3rd cat will affect emissions, and it is also illegal to remove. Can you fit your mods downstream of it?

Im putting in full dual and in order to run the two pipes i have to run them on top of each other down the one side where the 3rd cat is, there is just enough room if i take that cat out... no room at all on the other side of the tran..

That is a third cat. I removed mine a few months ago. Yes it is illegal no matter what state you live in. I am also having tru duals done. Its very hard with a 4x4. If you do have some made up lets us know how it sounds, and if there is a gain in performance.

I had a truedual system made at a exhaust shop where I live. There is no emision test here. Notice increase in HP and Tq. Don't know how much no dyno.

"There is no emision test here." All that says is that you might not get caught. But it is still a federal crime to remove or disable any emissions control devices. Don't fool yourself into thinking that it's not illegal simply because there's no inspection to look for it. As long as you know you're taking a risk, don't complain about the consequences.

After cutting off my third cat, i gained a little over a mpg. The truck also seems to pull harder above 4K. This is mostly noticable in second and third gear.
