Subject: Brake Problem?
IP: Logged

Message:
I was driving down the highway the other day and noticed when I got on the brakes pretty hard my '02 Dakota Sport was pulling from side to side. I thought I might be riding on a flat so I pull over at CVS and there was smoke coming from the right front wheel. I checked the brake pads and they are still good...any ideas?

Possible seized caliper? or maybe a cracked brake line squirting brake fluid onto the rotor? i had the same problem but on the rear drum, turns out i popped my brake cylinder and every time i hit the brakes fluid would squirt everywhere, by the time i got home i had no fluid left in the reservoir, damn that sucked.

My truck looks like it was in a knife fight, and lost! http://www.cardomain.com/ride/1275365
