No doubt the new Raider pickup will strengthen MMNA's brand image and bottom line, while DaimlerChrysler will benefit by increased component production volume. The new model should also do well converting non-truck buyers into the more lucrative segment. It will arrive in dealerships this fall, as a 2006 model and carry the Mitsubishi's 10-year, 160,000 km powertrain warranty, the best in the industry.

Sounds good...but in the end its still a mitsubishi truck...and an ugly one at that. I will give you that it looks better than the new dodges though.

I have the 100,000 mile warranty (160,000km) on my truck.
I also have the 100,000 mile warranty on MY ENGINE.
Yeah, it's a Dodge. With a Cummins.

IT IS A DAKOTA YOU MORON!
Mitsubishi even states it "is a reskinned Dakota".
And hey, you wanna buy a 1st generation truck form a car company that's bordering on going under, go for it!!
Lot of help a 160,000 km warranty will do when the company goes under!
