whatever they call it now, does anyone know where I can get a set for a 93? I find everything but these on every site I've been to. I know I don't want to have to go to the stinkin dealer to get them. thanks

You only have two choices. Dealer or junkyard. No one makes an aftermarket set. Unfortunately most of the trucks I have found in the yards have had pretty poor strips, not worth pulling off.

I've found that there just is'nt a whole lot of aftermarket anything for this truck. They don't even make white face gauges for it either. They make the ac panel but not the gauge kit. I was wanting to supercharge it but they don't make a supercharger for the 3.9 magnum either. You can buy a supercharger for almost anything, but not this. 97 and up, anthing you want. Don't get it. thanks

Actually, if you do a search or check out the V6 performance forum, you will find there is still quite a bit that can be done to it. If you want to s/c it, get a Powerdyne. It works really well with the V6. there are at least a couple old threads detailing the install on a 6. It bolts right up for the most part, just some minor modification to make everything fit. Vortech/Paxton/Procharger would probably work as well, but will make too much boost for a V6. You can also do rockers, cam, TB and intake modding, gear changes, etc.
If you have the full gauge package - tach, speedo, volts, oil psi, water temp and fuel, etc, there is a white face gauge overlay that is usually sold on ebay. It only works with the 120mph speedo though. They changed the gauges in 94 or so to a 95mph one, and it doesn't line up properly.

It has the 120 speedo, I really want to lower it a couple inches. Its a dixie custom, and it is just now fixing to turn over 100,000. I wanted to drop me a 318 in it and I don't think it would take a whole lot to do considering the 3.9 is a 318 w/ the back 2 cylinders wacked off. It's starting to show a little age on the paint now though and I'll probably do a lot to it when I do anything. It still gets alot of looks though. My old lady drives it sense I got a 04 mustang gt and its a stick and she can't drive a stick. even tried to teach her and she just could'nt get it. she drives like a old lady so it don't get any abuse unless I drive it and blow it out.
