I saw this on Ebay,

Is this a Reliable Dealer?
I want to know, cause that 110 dollar instant rebate really caught my eye, and the free shipping as well.
another thing, the rebate, does that mean that the original price was 510 dollars? or does it mean it is now 290 dollars? from $399.
I just want to get my facts cleared up, before I can make up my mind to buy this 3715 Tuner or not.

why not ask the seller. you know yo ucan do that. how can we tall you what the price is. also look at the persons feedback. if the person has no negs then that person is a good seller. from looking at the feedback. no neg and a powerseller. so I would think you wouldnt have no probs.

I saw this auction as well and emailed them. They are for real. $289 shipped and he has 100% feedback. I am going to get one soon. The only problem is, in order to get the $110 rebate and free ship is to go through the auction link and bypass eBay, thats how they get it so cheap. They don't have to pay the eBay fees. Also you have to pay with Paypal, which is fine because if they try to rip you off, you can always dispute them through paypals buyer protection. Like i said , I am going to get one soon, if it is a scam, I will just win a buch of their auctions and leave negatives. hehe

Just my $.02 for anybody interested in buying the 3715 from this vendor...
I bought two from this guy with no problems. The 1st one through the group buy through this web, and the 2nd one through this auction. The real price is $289.99 *if* you use the purchase link on the description page.
I made the mistake of using the "buy it now" button and didn't get a checkout price reflecting the rebate and free shipping. I contacted the seller and to his credit he and I did a "mutual agreement not to buy" dispute. I then paid the correct price through the mentioned link.
I see no reason not to buy one at this price...

it is a really good deal, I probably wouldn't pay 400 for it though.
if it gave me 100 HP and 100 Torque or more, like some of them diesel chips from banks, Bully Dog, and SuperChips, I would pay 400 bucks.
even thought in reality most of "those" chips are closer to 1000 bucks
