Actually I have never ordered anything from him. He has given me advice over the phone in the past as far as my catalytic converter possibly being bad...and it was.
He had posted on this site about a month ago to call him and set up an appointment where he could test drive my truck to tell me what else is wrong with it. Then I would just buy the appropriate parts and labor from him to have it fixed. I left a message with the woman, and was told he would call me back that day (beacuse it is urgent that I get my truck fixed). I have yet to hear from him.
Once again I have never bought parts through him, by the looks of it I never will, unless I drive down there to pick them up. He is about 100 miles round trip from me.

If you really believe that? I have some seaside property for sale in Arizona for a song and a dance. Yes you for a song and a dance can own this property, fish for sand sharks and watch the sand pipers feed. Don`t let this offer slip away and act now before its too late.. Well I had answered the phone when he called and we spoke for quite awhile. The rest of my order was shipped and have a tracking number to check the status. If he calls back answer the phone to resolve the issues you have with him..

Well I got home yesterday and the TB was sitting on my stoop. It's a very nice piece but it's lost it's appeal. I made out real good compared to some others in this thread. It would have been nice to get an email with a tracking number which is what I requested. Promptly returned phone calls and emails would have gone a long way into making this a satisfactory deal. Sam kept his part of the bargain but only after I filed a complaint with the San Diego BBB. I will not purchase anything else from him.
