Has anyone else had problems with JCWhitney? I ordered a Hidden Hitch, reciever lock, reciever cover and wiring harness for my 02 Dak. Well, I was mailed a hitch for a Tropper and the correct harness. They also sent an inner-tube for some reason. They have been very hard to deal with and I have now been charged for 2 hitches and still don't have the right one. They informed me I will not be reimbursed for the wrong one they sent untill they recieve it back from me. Never again!

Couple years ago i purchase a autoxray scanner from them it didn't do 1/2 the items advertised in ad unless you paid extra. Went back and forth with them even filed complaint with the BBB. Some how whitney got the BBB to beleive i withdrew my complaint and i was stuck with the scanner. When they send correct item they're ok when it's wrong it's your problem.

i've oredered TONS from them for my jeep and a little with my dak. never had a prob but they have never sent me the wrong thing yet...god i hope they don't...sounds like horror stories...
