Does anyone have an 01 passenger side, heated, folding, power mirror they want to sell?
If not does anyone have any suggestion about how I should replace the broken glass on mine? The internal mechanics work fine. I just have cracked mirror from some @#*%less piece of $#!* who decided to punch my mirror.
Any help is appreciated. I'm a little frustrated right now with dealership quote of $200.

I backed into a telephone pole last winter when the window was frosted over, and bumped the driver's mirror - split the glass and shattered some of the plastic.
For $25 an auto glass dealer cut a piece of mirror the exact shape and glued it onto the cracked one. Only sticks out a 1/4 inch more.
When the snow melted I went back to the pole, gathered the larger pieces of plastic and siliconed them in for now. Ran a small bead around the mirror edge too.
I did all this because I cannot afford the new unit. Am paying enough for the truck as it is.
Only drawback for you is that the passenger side is a convex mirror, and may not be easy to glue on.

I have a passanger side mirror that fit's an 00, not sure what other years it fits. It's a folding 6x9 power "dumbo ear" mirror. I don't know if it's heated as I bought the pair when a school bus took out my drivers side mirror.
If your interested I can get it out and take some pick of the mirror and wiring connectors for you.
Replacing the mirror is real easy, remove door panel, disconnect mirror wiring harness, remove 3 nuts holding mirror on, remove old mirror and replace with new one.
If you don't want the one I have check out Ebay, that's where I picked up my mirrors
