I have an 04 CC with the 4.7l it has a 20 gal tank. You can look under the truck at the back side of the tank and it has it printed on the tank itself.

Anyone know the biggest tank in any type Dakota?
I have a 02 extended cab. I believe it's 20
gallons. Love to see them offer much bigger ones.

Can a larger tank be put on my reg cab 03. Don't mind the gas prices so much just filling it up more than once a week

what size do you have now? i don't know if that 24 gallon would fit. on my QC (24 gallon)it goes from under the drivers seat to about 5 inches from the back axle. it takes up all the room on the drivers side. maybe you could fit a 20 gall.
