had a little fender bender in my 96 dakota sport today. messed up both rear bed panels, tailgate, bumper and tail lights. (and ruined a brand new denali) does anybody know where to get any body parts (1st wreck) or does anybody have any parts they want to get rid of. any advice on where to start on taking those rear panels off would also be greatly appreciated.

Another salvage yard source is car-part.com. Did you get their information ? Usually you're covered when someone rear ends you; even if you don't have collision you could be covered by their insurance if they are at fault.

it was my faulti turned in front of a lady cus i wasnt payin a damn bit of attn. but i did contact the ins since i had collision. since i didnt take it to their place i avoided the $500 deductible. the guy i am getting to do it got parts at a local salvage yard, and he's gonna put the used bed on it, fix any small dents/dings on the entire truck, paint the entire truck, and go back with chrome bumpers for $1300. the ins co's givin me around $1400, and my new premium only's goin up $25 a month. think i ended pretty good on this deal.
