Be wary of ordering from ebay. Ordered new convertible top for 1989 Dakota from J.Kemper operating on ebay as bigebeebz out of Columbus Ohio. Ordered jan 7, paid in full same day by paypal, $218.40 + $60.00 for UPS delivery. Told him he had 2 weeks to deliver as I going on holidays. after waiting 10 days and being told it had been sent then told had not been sent had to give instructions to hold until I returned as no one here to receive. I emailed on Feb.21 to now ship, here is it is 3 weeks later and no top. He did acknowledge instruction and said would ship. I could drive to Columbus from where I am in Canada in 6-7 hours, and certainly a courier can do it in less than 3 weeks so I must conclude that I am out my money. Other Dakota owners please be wary of this operator.

Used paypal and after 45 days they do nothing, neither will ebay help, sent them a full report and they have not even acknowledged it.
