Looking for a set of rail caps for my 99 dakota r/t in black. I found Bushwackers, Wade's, EGR etc. Which one to buy? Best fit & durability? Thanx

well, i don't know how much help this is but, i helped a freind of mine install some WADE bed rail caps on his '00 chebby a couple of weeks ago. looked pretty good. had lots of double sided tape on them too. seemd to fit pretty good too. i prefer the over the rail spray (LINE-X) on my truck though.

I have a set of Bushwacker's on my 04 QC the fit leaves a lot to be desired. They are of good quality just lousy fit.

Well I was leaning towards the Bushwacker but a bad fit has got me thinking - like to hear what more people have to say. Thanx

I installed the WADE bed rail caps on my 2001 Qaud Cab at the end of 2000. They still look great and work well with the Extang Full Tilt Tonneau Cover I have on the bed. I don't get any water or snow in the bed of the truck.

I have Bushwacker on my '04 CC. They look OK and seem to be good material. However, the side rails would fit better if they were 1/2" longer and the tail gate cap didn't have cut outs for the tailgate bolts. If I was doing it again, I'd grind the tailgate cap for clearance.
