If this is a drop in bed liner it will rub ALL the paint off the truck bed givin time. ANY and ALL drop in bed liners will do this. Then they will trap water between the liner and the bed of you truck because many of them, including the Dodge liner, do not allow proper drainage. After a few years your bed will rust out completly.

I had the Dodge dropin in my truck when I first bought it. The paint in mine was gone in many areas.

The solution for your problem, is take out the drop in liner, put it in the trash since NO ONE will want it, and go with a spray-in liner. I choose LINE-X because it looks the best and holds up the best. Its perminant, so it really does not matter what your bed looks like now, no one will ever see it again after the spray on.

I went with a Armacoat "Hot spray" liner.
It is a permanent liner like Line-X.
Basically, there are 3 options for spray-in
liners.

Line-X
Rhino-Liner (a softer spary in bed-liner)
ArmaCoat (Extremely hard 'Hot-Spray' liner)
