use Super tech oil filters, or the Wix.

I'm using Valvoline SynPower with Purolator's best oil filter in my Dak. And I'm using a larger filter than what the factory used. One thing about filter flow with smaller micron filtration: larger, or more, filter media increases oil flow at a given micron level.
I may switch to Amsoil's series 3000 5W-30 in spring. It has better test numbers than the XL-7500 stuff. I changed my motorcycle over to Amsoil 10W-40 motorcycle oil back in August. I guess we all just obsess over our vehicles!

Suprised you would ask...
...and I'm sure you are suprised I have answered.
It is not so much as "what" but "where", and finding the best quality. I recommend you check out "Babes in Toyland" ... caters to women, and men that buy for their women.
It is not so much as the "type" of lubrication (as in ... "DINO" in your truck is sufficient), but the quality of the lubrication (as in "Synthetic" in your truck is better).
As when you select any oils (for your girl or your truck) your question should be which one is going to give you enhanced performance and help things last forever (in her mind, ... and the insides of your engine, transmission, and differential)?
Oils, Creams, Lubrication ... Quality Counts!.

Hi Guys - I have a '93 F350 with 7.3 idi turbo in it. Being it is older with 350k kliks with looser tolerances I am thinking of running the super tech 15W40 as opposed to shell rotella t which is almost twice the cost. Anyone have experience with this engine and oil types?
