Message: Just got my ball joint extended warranty yesterday. I have an 02 cc slt 2wd and was wondering what it is going to take to get them replaced under warranty. I have been experiencing some bad creeking and popping when making low speed turns.
Message: Have your noise properly diagnosed (dealer or independent facility). That's all it takes. If your upper ball joints have excessive movement, then replacement is covered. If the noise is caused by something else, then you have it repaired at like you would anything else...your own pocket, extended warranty, knock off a liquor store...whatever.
