On a stock engine, you won't see any differance. An aftermarket coil has the potential to make a much bigger spark, but it will only do that if needed. You need a high performance ignition system (not just a coil) when you've made enough mods that it's too difficult for the stock ignition to make a spark. ie: high compression, forced induction NOX, etc. If you're adding a multiple spark box, then a matching coil is a darn good idea.
