My defrost blower lost all low speeds except high. Went right to this site and found it to be the "resistor board" P/N: 04885635AB. Cost me $14 at the dealer. They knew exactly what I was talking about before I even finsished explaining.
The Resistor Board is located on the passenger side up in the air duct works. Two screws hold it in. Tough bugger to get out. 5-wire connector comes off after dropping down the board. Pull out the red plastic clip. Re-install and enjoy the breeze.
Thanks to this site; you saved me big $$ that the dealer would have loved to have pulled from my wallet.
