 Subject: no horn

it seems my horn won't work,nor does it chirp when i lock the doors. i checked the fuse, and all is alright,so what now?

A very vague memory of mine tells me that some earlier Dakotas also had horn function wired with the A/C compressor clutch. Just a long shot, BUT, check A/C clutch fuse and function.
