On my way into work this morning i happen to notice that when i hit a bump in the road the front suspension sqeeks. but it only happens when both tires hit the bump evenly.i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what might be causing it.

Front sway bar end link bushings. The only fix is to keep them well lubricated. I used to take them off every once in a while to lube them up with teflon greese, but I recently found some graphite spray lube at a machine shop supply store and now I just spray them down at every oil change. I use it for the rear leaf spring bushings also whcih are known to get squeeky.

Worn control arm bushings can also cause some front end squeak when hitting bumps.

the only reason that i think it is not the control are is because the noise only happens when you hit the bump square on. the sway bar does make sence. i will have to try to the graphite grease spray. thanks for the help.

I like this stuff a lot. I use it on bushings, between the leaves of the springs, parking brake cable slides, etc. Great stuff.
