No way. I have that size on my '04 CC with the torsion bars turned up about 1.5". I had to trim the front bumper a little bit and they still hit the front bumper when turning and the suspension cmpressed.

Yep...thats a 33" tire.
265/75-16 should fit fine. I plan to use that size shortly when I replace my stock 265/70-16 RT/S's
