I just installed my thunderform last night. After 3 hours, I finally finished it. Only one item was broken, and that is the middle bolt in the rear of the old tray. The part the bolt actually grips must have "let go", because all it did was spin and spin. So, I just pulled up on the old tray and it cracked about a 1" hole where the bolt was. I was still unable to get the bolt out, but that is ok. After that, I put in my thunderform, and found that only one hole lines up with the old ones. So, right now, I have one bolt holding in my thunderform (which is ok, because it is also being held in by the seat belt "rollers." Wiring was pretty easy, I just cut the wires for my rear speakers and ran them to the thunderform. So, now, I have two front door speakers and my two subs. I got a Legacy LA430 amp (500W) off of eBay for $65.00, and I should get it in a couple of days. Right now, without the amp, my system sounds like shi#, and I can barely turn the volume up enough to hear it at all. I'll give another posting once I get the amp installed.

Summary: I hve the MTX Thunderform (loaded version) in which does NOT install easily in a '98 Dakota SLT 4X4 3.9 V6.

Any comments, let me know. Thanks!
