I guess I should have posted this link in the very first post I ever sent, and then again in all subsequent posts for the new people and those who have not been blessed with the opportunity to read all of my contributions to this website.

Oh, wait, I once again forgot to inform everybody that I work in the service department of a Dodge, Chysler, Jeep dealership as a service advisor. I have 16+ years of customer service with over 6 of those years serving Chrysler Corp vehicle owners, my blood type is A+, I vote for every Republican candidate I can find on the ballot, I have recently returned to college to get my degree in CIS and I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota CC V-8 2WD AutoTrans, AND I am an Episcopalian. Any other irrelevant information I need to present?

ya know, with that crappy attitude you like to give off all you do is reaffirm the opinion most people have for guys like you who work "customer service" in dealerships/garages.

I was accused, in another thread, of not being forthright about some personal information that is irrelevant (and never once affected the facts), other than knowing what point of view I see it from.
Crappy attitude? nah...just intentionally being a smart azz.

LOL. I can understand "Marys" frustration, but.........she must be related to the Energizer Bunny. I know the type-they keep after you until you give them the answer they want(and don't listen to much you have to say otherwise). I applaud you for having to put up with that attitude at work. (there REALLY are two sides to every story)

I can understand her frustrations also. We often get to clean up the mess that other dealerships AND independant repair facilities make with some customers' circumstances. Unfortunately for some customers, its gone too far for me to make a happy customer out of a frustrated one.
