 Subject: my ABS sucks!!!

Ive got a 2000 4x4 sltcc 4.7 and not more than three hours ago i hit my brakes in a few inches of fresh snow and all four wheels locked up while in 4x4. No brake pulsing, no noise, nothing but me sliding down the road. Anybody else have problems or answers??

Read the manual, ABS may be disabled in 4wd.
If I'm not mistaken though, I was in 4wd playing in the mud and my rear wheel only ABS was still working.

unless you bought 4 wheel abs, you only have rear abs. Your fronts will lock up and there is no pulsating or noise.
