Powerslot rotors with Hawk performance pads. Works for me and others. But there's other good combos out there too.

Raybestos BruteStop drilled/slotted rotors and Raybestos SuperStop pads is the combo I have been running for about 40K without problems. They run about $200 from rockauto.com

Newsflash!!! Powerslot Rotors and Ceramic pads are not the answer!! The brakes are just inadequate to handle the 4,000 lb + load. I had the Powerslots turned at 12,000 miles and they're ready again. The parking brake adjustment trick don't work either. That mechanic is full of BS. It's what "Dodge" insrtucted their "Robot-Zombies" to say to help keep the pressure off while they sell more defective products! Just like that fantastic "baffle" they created to get rid of the sludge in the oil filler spout created by venting the PCV into it !!! What Morons !!! I assume most of you have heard of an "in-line water-seperator" for fuel systems on Big-Rigs? Well, use an "under the kitchen sink" filter cannister, Throw the filter away, get yourself 4 feet of heater hose, drill 2 small holes into your breather cover, mount the filter cannister to the front of the breather cover, connect the hose and voila! You just solved the sludge problem. But be sure the cannister is the type with a rubber "O-Ring" on the lid. Otherwise you'll be sucking air and your truck won't run.
Anyway, If a person could get thicker (wider) rotors and a caliper to match, we'd all be in business. Don't wait for Dodge to do anything, we'll be pushin' up daisies by then !!!

I have Brembo rotors with Hawk pads, they work great. It was like night and day difference.

I used the cheapo rotors from O'Reilly's and Mopar V-line brake pads. So far, I have approx twice the miles on these rotors and just barely any vibration from warping. I think if I were not driving stoplight-to-stoplight so much, I would have no problem (maybe my aggressive driving habits are part of the problem also).
