Ya! ball joints, check for rust, check the intermediate steering shaft, check for leaking ac condensor leaking in the cab under the carpet on the passenger side, and also last but not least, check your wheel alignment and the aim of yer headlights. sorry i don't mean to rant but when i took mine in for a 30,000 mile service that is what they found all wrong with my truck.

I would have the ball joints checked. I'd say you are about due for spark plugs, a coolant change, and a transmission fluid/filter change pretty soon.
