Hey all,
I just bought a 2000 QC 5.9L w/ 32" tires. Has 3.55 gears. Going to change it up to 4.10 gears and an Auburn Posi. I have done a lot of research on swappin' out gears and I'm lookin' forward to it. I have found several specialty tools that are recommended for the swap, most of which I already have or can figure out a work around. What tools do you recommend I get as a minimum to do the job on a 9 1/4" rear and an 8" IFS (C205F) front? Do I need to purchase a C-4164 preload wrench or is there an alternative?
