 Subject: new amsoil customer

I plan to do some hauling in the near future.I recently purchased a horse trailer.I decided it would be best to change transmission and differential fluid for towing so I decided to go with the amsoil because I wanted a synthetic and I don't think anyone else makes a synthetic for dodge transmissions.I changed transmission fluid ,differential,power steering and motor oil and replaced with amsoil products and i must say I can notice an improvement in performance.I will keep everyone informed of my results as I test it more.

I went to the dealer asking to have my transmission fluid changed to synthetic. They checked the dip stick and advised against it.
Now I'm guessing they could have changed it to synthetic and made some money off me.
So I'm questioning the benefit of changing to synthetic.
Did you check with the dealer?
