7:00 AM til sundown, but many vendors will pack up before sundown. Rain or shine, go early for best selection and best parking. In case you're so inclined they sell beer there, but I've never seen anyone hassled for bringing in their own. I've never been obvious about it either though, brought it in a backpack. Many people can be bargained down on prices, sometimes its fun to offer an insultingly low price to see if they'll go for it, especially if its raining. Might be tough to beat them down on the rims I think you're looking for though. Infield can be muddy, wear boots and have fun !
