Sorry for being such a newbie to this any help would be greatly appriciated.

I am working on saving for the rims and going with the Western Chassis 4/6" drop kit. Are you planning on going with a kit? I have heard from others on this board that it is a bit*h to do yourself and to have a shop do it. As far as the price goes I am not sure, but there alot of other dak owners with alot more experience on this subject than me. Good luck

I've done it. I did the 4/6 Western Chassis kit. It is a pain in the ass, but with the right tools, the right friends, and enough beer, you can accomplish anything.

The frame rivets blow, so I would encoure the Hotchkis kit in the rear. A whole lot easier just to do springs. The front is tough, but mostly unbolting and hammering to get stuff apart.

If you have the technical ability, some muscle, and friends with even more technical ability, you'll be able to do it.

I am not familar with belkins kit. Do you have a website so I can look into it? With the 4/6 you are going to have to C-notch your frame, so I would definately suggest going somewhere. I am from Florida so unfortunaltely I an not familar with shops in Arizona. All I can is look around, look at there work if possible, cheaper is not always better.
