Subject: Aftermarket catalytic converters???
IP: Logged

Message:
I've read several threads recommending someone change to aftermarket cats (or just cut them out entirely) to deal with the well known issues Dodge has with their cats. Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket catalytic converters?

I'm considering replacing my latest bad cat with a Fat Catz high flow cat that I found on Ebay. But I'm concerned because first, it's only $25 (too good to be true?) and second, I've heard that I may need to have my computer reprogrammed if I go to a high flow cat.

Any experience to share or thoughts would be most appreciated.
